Arial Slavinskas
Owner
As the mother of three young children, and a resident of Cape May County, I am well aware of the urgent need for quality daycare in our area. For this reason, my husband and I have decided to act on a dream that I have had since graduating highschool, to open a daycare center. We have taken a great deal of time and cosideration choosing our staff, since we believe they are the heart of the business. We feel our teachers will provide the children with all necessary building blocks to be successful. We want our parents to feel safe and comfortable leaving their children with us, knowing we will love and care for them the same as if they were our own. In my family's spare time, we love to be outdoors, on playgrounds and teaching our children through meaningful play. We strive to make this the same atmosphere we have at our center.

Elizabeth Cotterell
Director of KidSpace Academy
Elizabeth Cotterell brings over 15 years of leadership and management experience, along with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, to her role as Daycare Director. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and organized environment where children can thrive. Elizabeth is highly skilled in team leadership, operations management, and building strong relationships with staff members and families alike. As a mother of two young daughters, she is extremely dedicated to providing exceptional care and ensuring the highest standards in early childhood education.

Hello my name is Michelle. I am currently the Manager at Kidspace Academy. Myself and my husband Dave have lived in Cape May County our whole lives and raised our family here. I have three daughters, Arial, Ashley and Alexis and seven grand children. In my spare time I enjoy sitting on the beach listening to the waves and hanging out with my grandchildren doing whatever makes them happy. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your children's lives. These are the best years and it is a privilege for me to be able to watch them grow and find their little personalities.

Company Compliance Manager
Hello My name is Alivia Rhodes. I’ve been apart of kidSpace Academy for three years. My role here is the company compliance manager and working in the pre toddler classroom. My role as company compliance manager is to keep the fellow employees up-to-date with all requirements as far as policies and procedures along with regulations. Monitoring changing of the laws and keeping updated files and reports that are needed to began in the daycare field. Such as CPR , Child abuse and training. Ive been in the field for 13 years and working with children is what I enjoy the most. Watching as they grow and blossom with different personalities is by far one of my favorite things. Therefore, I choose the pre toddler room because this age really shows the growth they have made from infancy and begin to be so independent. They thrive with all abilities to wanting to learn and reach new goals. Kidspace Academy is what I like to call my second home.
